Scotland Yard investigator has suitcase stolen at Tunis Carthage Airport

The investigator from the British police (Scotland Yard) arrived to Carthage airport in Tunisia the morning of 7 July, to investigate about the Sousse Beach terror attack.
Unfortunately, after a very long wait, he did find his suitcase.

This is not surprising to me: the suitcase was certainly stolen by workers at the airport. It is a well known fact in Tunisia that traveler's 'luggage is constantly stolen at this airport, so much that authorities have arrested a few workers there suspected for belonging to an organized airport gand that steals luggage.

Tunisian authorities have arrested 18 more workers today for that matter?
